TheContextWindow
1 of 3 words in the window
A standing morning call for people who build with AI. Remote, small, technical. You bring what you made or what broke. Together we hold more of it than one head can.
One head can't hold all of this.
The field moves faster than anyone can read. Models change under you, tools ship weekly, and the thing that worked in March is wrong by June. A model has a fixed context window. So do you. The only way to hold more is to share it.
So we meet. In the morning, before the day fills up, on a call with people who are actually building.
is the next call.
Nothing on the agenda yet. Members add items from Claude Code during the week.
What fits in the window and what doesn't
- Inside
- Working code, however ugly.
- Models running on your own hardware.
- Agents that touched something real.
- What it cost, in dollars and hours.
- The result you didn't want.
- The question you're stuck on.
- Outside
- Vendor pitches.
- Slide decks.
- Anyone selling anything.
- Hype.
Someone shows something. We pull it apart. You leave with something to try.
How it works
Three things, all of them files in one GitHub repo. A shared agenda you add to from your own Claude Code session. A page per member on what they are building. A recap after each call, written while it is still fresh.
Apply with a résumé.
Mornings, on a video call. The day and time get set with the people in it. It's free and it stays small, which is why it's an application: send a résumé and a line about what you're building. I read every one. If it's a fit, the invite follows.
